Fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, all customers are requested to check your orders as soon as they receive it. In-case of any problems you are requested to contact our customer service representative within 24 hours of receipt of your order either by Phone, Fax or email.
- Product can be returned if your order has a manufacturing defect.
- Product can be returned if your order is received damaged.
- Product can be returned if your order has some error on our part.
- Product can be returned If your order received is other than what you had ordered.
The merchandise must be returned within 3 business days from the order receipt date at customer's cost. The merchandise must be securely packed, and sent by insured mail. Delayed returns will be returned back to the customer at their cost.
All return or exchange merchandise are required to be unused, uncrushed, un-creased, well-folded and without removing the tags. Otherwise, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
Mystique Asia Inc. will only refund the purchase price of the merchandise and taxes if any, less the original shipping charges. Please be aware that the merchandise with "FREE SHIPPING" will still have shipping charges deducted from the refund, in the event of a return.
In the event of an exchange, the difference in price and the subsequent shipping charges will be charged on or credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
Refund/credit will be made by the same mode of payment which was used to purchase the merchandise.
Refund/credit may take up to 10 days after we receive the merchandise.
