Mens Traditional Footwear
Khussa's, kohla puri's, Mojri's, Saleem Shahi's, Peshawari ChapChappals, Mianwali Style Chappal's Chawats', Khari's etc have been boon of many desi men ever since the existence of the Shalwar Kameez, Kurta's & tang pajamas.
This style of footwear with intricate hand embrodiery work gainedrity during the Mougal regime and with slight modification of shapes using similar workmanship spread into the entire Indo Pak Sub Contienent.
Normally men wear Khussa's using Silver and Gold Tilla work with beading as well for Weddings and formal occations, and use cutwork with tone on tone or combination for casual wear.
Some are pointed while others are more conventional shapes making them perfect for work and just about any formal or causual event as well. Of course, they are bound to hurt a bit the first time you wear them, but coating the inside with petroleum jelly or water takes care of problem. So, if you're worried about the level of comfort these Khussas offer, don't fret, for that is hardly an issue.
