The Lollywood Diva - Meera

Popular Lollywood actress Meera's Bollywood debut in the suspense film, Nazar (Sight) was a begining of a change in the relationship of both the countries. However, she did not get a similar welcome back home and was showered with death threats by the radicals for kissing her co-actor Ashmit.
Meera is the first Pakistani actress in a decade to star in a Bollywood film after Zeba Bakhtyar starred in Heena, a production of Raj Kapoor films in the early 1990s. Nazar is also the first joint production of Bollywood and Lollywood, the Pakistani film industry based in Lahore.
Meera's debut has opened up doors for actors and director from across the border for working together in future.

Pakistani actress are much more beautiful, but lack the finesse. If given a chance and exposure that the Indian actresses get then they would be far ahead.
Now that both countries are going for joint production, its just a matter of time to see the results.

Meera has got nothing except attractive eyes & body exposure. But she is looking hot in this pic. Even i wont blv that thsi is Meera if didnt read the name in front of her pic. She is looking very good in this eastern get up. I think she is wearing lehnga or some kind of indian dress in this snap. Actually make up also plays a great role & let me say that our Pakistani heroins have got no sense of make up art. they always go for striking & frosty shades in make up which provides them more voilent & agressive acording to their roles ;) but i have noticed a better change from last few years. Specially when B.G (famous pakistani designer)& Musarrat Misbah (One of the great beautician: Depilex) has started working for them. I guess that this credit goes to Lollywood diorector Sayyed Noor. Well Meera looks very pretty & i think sh should maintain this grace instead of voilence character.
As time passes it seems that Meera fabricated the death threats she faced in Pakistan? there are a lot of speculation in the lollywood circle that it was publicity stunt to get more attention.
I agree there are restrictions in Pakistan. You can have bold and steamy scenes to a certain limit but nowhere near what happens in Bollywood. The Indian film industry is by far much more bolder than its counterpart in Pakistan, but that's no reason to believe Meera's allegations that she received death threats for deciding to act in Nazar.
If that was the case then why is she ready for her next adventure to Bollywood.
